I just got a new computer, Win XP, and I got BIAB 10 loaded on there, but it wouldn't take VSC. Am I going to have to purchase a new Roland VSC disc, or is there an update? I didn't see anything on PG Music.

If my memory serves me correctly, the VSC on the version 10 BAIB installation disk is the VSC88, not the VSC3 which you need for Win XP. Hope this helps. Jim

OH, OH.
Jim. Haven't yet been able to play with your disks because I loaded xp and R having problems with my soundcard.

As I recall VSC whatever from BIAB was not good and I deleted it right away.

I'm hoping I have no other problems with BIAB once my current mess is set aright and I reload it. I'm still working on Ver 9. Might that be a problem with using your disks?

Ken, The BIAB files on the CD will work just fine all the way back to bout version 3 I think. Version 7 or before will have some problems with some of the modified styles. It was version 7 where they made some real changes in the way the style played.
