I have been using Goldwave (I recommend it - great value for $40) for a while to clean up WAV files (simple stuff like removing BIAB count-ins, fading out at the end etc) and would like to understand about the more complex features of the program, such as 'interpolate' and 'filter', to mention just 2. The 'help' file that comes with the program is pretty limited, so I did a WWW search & the only thing I could find that went into any depth was in Spanish (I can order a cerveza & tortilla no problem, but prefer to discuss equalisation in English ).
So does anyone know of a tutorial site that might give me what I'm after ?
Meanwhile, I'm going to try one of those WWW autotranslation sites.. |

Mickd,
I found this on their website (www.goldwave.com)
quote: Where can I find more help?
Most of the windows in GoldWave include a Help button. You can use the Help | Contents menu command to find additional information. The goldwave.htm file included with GoldWave contains all of the manual, excluding figures.
BTW...I would like a Corona and some Chicken Tacos.

Tacos/Tacitos coming up
Well spotted - I just checked in the installation directory and there is a HTML manual in there. Mind you, it doesn't look half as comprehensive as the Spanish site I found, so I'm going to have to get the dictionary out - caramba ! |
