I have avery good session 400 with a black widow 15" and it sounds wonderful. After I broke my arm and sprained my other wrist in a bike wreck I am trying to lighten everything. I have a carter sd10.
However, I am thinking of taking my session 400 apart. If I took out the amp part and the speaker, and put the speaker in a very lightweightr box and just kept the amp part beside my rack would this change the sound at all, and also is it an easy job?
