Has anyone ever had to ship a Session 500? If so, what would be the best method?

Thanks, Joe

By rail!

.....Seriously, when I sold my 500 I made arrangements to deliver it to the buyer at one of the steel shows. The prospect of trying to pack it so it would be delivered undamaged was too chancy for me.

I have one, but have never shipped it. I would recommend removing the speaker, and shipping separately though.

Having UPS or FedEx pack it and ship it would be my recommendation. At least if it became damaged enroute to your destination, it would be insured. Other than that method, via bus has been successful and sometimes faster.

The session 500 has to sit in the middle somewhere.(kidding)
I gave one away to Brock Gilbert, out of Weatherford Texas,a few years ago.I told him he could have it ,but had to come and get it.I heard him moan and groan on the way to the car ,with it.I thought bull riders were::::You know what I mean.
