Does anyone know how to call, e-mail, or otherwise contact TC Electronics Company? The unit I have has lost its memory (mind??) and I'd sure like to contact their USA representative. Thanks for any help anyone can give! fc

If you go to their web site there is an e-mail or phone humber (don't remember which).

A friend had a problem with hig G-Major and he contacted them and they got back fairly quick and handled his problem under warranty even tho it was probably what he did that caused the particular problem. They even installed an engineering change in it while they had it. Turnaround time, considering we are in Florida and they are in California was also very good.
