I recently purchased the Boss Loop Station RC20XL. Right now I am running my steel into a POD XT into the Loop Station then into the amp.

At a recent rehearsal I noticed that at times while using the loop station that I would get a sudden drop in volume. It seemed to happen at random times, and the volume would return to normal in 30-60 seconds.

My question is what would cause this to happen? Is the POD signal to strong for the Loop Station?

I really want to run the POD in front of the loop station so I can take advantage of the different effects before sending the signal to the loop station.

thanks,

Todd

Hey Todd,

Batteries? I know most Boss units act funny on anything less than a full battery.
IF your amp has an efx loop, put the Boss in the loop. Leave the Pod in front.
