I just wanted to say thank you for the personal service on my amp. It's great we could fix it over the phone.

While we're at it, I'd like to publically thank Mike, as well, for the personal service on getting my Nashville 400 repaired recently. It sure was helpful to have a friend on the "inside". Thanks again for everything, Mike!

I had to return my Session 500 for overheating problems. Gene Ford said to send it to the attenion of Mike/Gene. Had that sucker back in a week. Amazing!

My bandmates and acquaintances are all astounded at the QOS I get from Peavey on a 25 year old product. They all start saying, "Have you ever tried to get service from Fender?"

Peavey gets a lot of new and repeat business from this kind of behavior and the word of mouth it generates.

These experiences are the norm for Mike Brown and Peavey. Mike is there virtually all the time to take personal queries on equipment issues (and even just to chew the fat!). A repair is done in less than a week. Truly astounding service for a little community like ours from a very major, mainstream manufacturer. I know I've already told you before, but thanks Mike for everything.

Not only was it done in less than a week, but it also cost me less (even with shipping) than my local amp tech would have charged. Can't beat that!

Mike Brown and Peavey are as good as it gets! Mike has helped me on more than one occasion and I've never been disappointed with Peavey's product or service.

Let me add to the kudos for Mike Brown and Gene Ford. I sent the head out of my '73 Session 400 back to them about 2 weeks ago. They had the amp one day...and shipped it back to me the next, and it was fixed!! And reasonably priced. Try that with a local repair shop.
Thanks for the help, Mike.
