Howdy guys,

Thought I would drop in a note to let you know that I have just purchased the
sweetest Leslie effect for steel guitar and it’s called the RFX147 Rotorhorn.
There is a link to RFX products at the Rolls Electronics web site, www.rolls.com It retails for about $195.00 and can be purchased directly from RFX. I saw mine on eBay and got it for a real bargain. I’ve used both the Motion Sound Pro 3T and Hughes & Kettner Rotosphere in the past, but this RFX147 unit is simply SWEET!

The unit is a line level, single space rack mount signal processor with ultra slim footswitch (sold separately, there is also a gas pedal available). The rotating horn effect is very rich and unlike the H&K Rotosphere, you can blend the exact amount of effect needed into your sound. Complete and quick adjustment of both fast and slow speeds with rev up and down time RATE dial. There is also a Chorus and Vibrato button,
use in chorus mode for Leslie effect, or switch to rich Vibrato with two independent speed settings. The Leslie effect is top rate and sounds like the real deal. The back panel offers both stereo and mono line in and out.

This is simply the best unit I’ve tried.
