John Hughey Tubefex Settings?

Can anyone help me with John Hughey presets on the TubeFex. I lost all my presets when I sent it in for repair work. John’s was the only one I ever used. I thought maybe someone might have it written down and could E-mail it to me.

Output Level = 20
