I just got a vintage Fender Vibro Champ. I sounds great but I had a couple questions. 1. It did not come with an on/off pedal, the input is neither 1/8 or 1/4 inch, what is it and is there an adaptor for the more standard 1/4 like on a Pevey on/off foot switch?
2. The sound is great, but the volume seems low to me even when cranked to 10, any suggestions?

The jack for the tremolo on/off switch is a
rca jack. If you've got a 1/4" peavey switch, a Hosa 1/4" to rca adaptor will work.
Low output might be tubes or filter caps.

Thanks, will look for an adaptor. Any one know where I can get the tubes or capacitors checked in the Seattle area?

I would reccomend Ken Fox in Battle Ground, WA.
He is on this forum (do a search).
That amp is small enough to send down to him for a full run through.

He went through my 70's SF Fender Champ, which I recently put a Weber speaker in.

There is a big volume (and tone) difference between input one and input two also.

The beauty of these amps is they sound great with all the knobs turned to 10!
Ken calls this "Dime-ing" the amp.

I use mine in stereo with a larger amp on all gigs for that top end sizzle!
