I recently purchased a Bosstone which needs pots and switch. Is anyone interested in fixing this for me, or is it even worth it?

Shouldnt be that much to fix. Say $2-$5 each for the pots, and $3-$15 for the switch (depending if it's a toggle switch, or a stomp switch), and maybe a half hour to an hour of shop labor ( $25 -$50 ) then shipping to and from (unless you can find someone to do it locally). If you have used a soldering iron before (i.e. installed a pickup, put a new pot in yoru guitar/volume pedal, made a patch cable), you could easily do the work yourself.

Email me, though if you want me to do the work, or need the parts etc, and I'll quote you on what it would cost when I have more info.

Just some info on these:

The pots on these things have a sort of custom knob/wheel on them that's attached to the middle of the pot shaft by a tiny bolt. One of my wheels has a chip out of it, but I have no idea where I would find a replacement. Because it seemed like when I was trying to take the unit apart something was going to break, I had to finegle a little screwdriver down in the slot in front of the wheel/knob to tighten it.

The switch is a a small off/on slider switch.

JOhn LeMay, at Miracle Audio, is the guy who keeps these things in working order for Cage.
