My back lighting went out in the lcd screen.
Does any one know of a fix for this problem.
I coul'd use a schematic if anyone has one.
It's a 1992 model Thanks Chuck Abend

About all you can do with them is send them back. They used to be in upstate NY. They had a flat rate on them, I believe $80 to do whatever it took. I suspect they simply replace everything in the case, and send back your old cabinet with new guts.

Somewhere (good luck) I've got phone numbers and whatnot for them. Lemme know if you need me to search for them.

Chuck, before you send you quad out of for an expensive repair, remove one of the cover plates and check to see if the wiring harness that connects from the circuit board to the curser has jarred loose and come unplugged. I bring this possibility up because, on 2 different occaisions I lost the screen on my Alesis Quad in that manner. If this has happened to you, just plug it back in and, reinstall the cover plate. Let us know if this puts a fix on it.
