Does a Nashville 1000 need a MOD ??
I been reading a bit about LeMay mods and Peavey mods in this forum and elsewhere. Does the Peavey Nashville 1000 need a mod, or can it be dialed in to "the zone" ??

We incorporated our mod into the Nashville 1000 circuitry from day one of production, so no mod kits are necessary for this model. We started incorporating our mod kit into the Nashville 400 in production models starting with serial number 08575482, which began shipping in mid 1997. Since the modified Nashville 400 preamp circuit worked so well, we incorporated it into the 1000 amp as well and added a post eq loop and the XLR output.
The 1000 is selling well for us and we hope to continue to provide products that meet the stringent requirements of steel guitarists. Here's a link to our steel guitar page off of the Peavey website;http://www.peavey.com/guitaramps/steelguitars.html
Thanks for inquiring.
