Any Steelin' Ham Radio Ops at ISGC 2001?

Just curious how many Ham Radio Steelies will be at the ISGC 2001 this year.
If there are any... how about a get-together?
ie: Coffee, dinner, just rag chew, meet, share ideas?
How about a 2 or 440 simplex freq. for ISGC Ham Net 2001 or just check in?
Just a thought.
Carry on Steelies,

Kurt, sorry I cant go to the convention but I am a ham radio operator. KB7GCF. Funny cause I was wondering the other day if any one on the forum was a ham. I was at Scottys in 1995 and met a group of guys that were steel players, hams, and model railroaders, which I am as well. I cant remember the guys names and I never kept in touch with them either. Anyway have fun at Scottys. Duane Becker

Blake Hawkins will be there, but I don't remember his call sign. I'll be there too (ex W5DVO/ZD8JES/K3FFZ).

If I can ever retire I plan to attend the steel convention. Maybe if I quite buying new steels and ham gear I could!

I too hope to be able to attend some of these conventions in the future but for now I'm just N7IPP. Been a non-operating ham for a bunch of years though.
Best wishes to ya'll.
