Well, the subject line says it all. Does anyone know if there has been a tab book for jerry d's parts on this album?

Yes indeed. The tab is published by Stacy Phillips and can be found at:

Check out his other stuff as well.

Funny you should mention this cd - I was just listening today. I have the tab book. It's pretty close! I'd recommend the tab book to "The Great Dobro Sessions" as well. Mr. Phillips also did the work on it. I've managed to scare up about 6 or songs between the two cd's!

Kenny, funny you should mention the tap book for "Great Dobro Sessons. I have it on Bye and Sell, had Skip Hop and Wobble, but it has sold. Dave

I have the Great Dobro Sessions book too. I can sorta play some of the slow tunes. The waltzes are beautiful and within reach. How 'bout that Stacy Phillips song, all chord-melody, lots of slants. Yeah, that one sounds horrible when I try it.

There's so much to learn in that book. And what a great album!!

Dave - I just thought I'd give your tab book a plug!

I've been able to work up Abilene Gal, the first few of Fireball Mail, and the Sally VanMeter & Rob Ickes waltzes.
