tremelo on a Profex 11 ?

If anyone has any suggestions on how to create a decent tremelo effect i'd appreciate it.
My band is doing "Long Sermon" (Brad Paisley) and at the beginning of the 5th measure of the lead guitar intro a guitar strums an "A" chord using a cool tremelo effect.I need to recreate that effect with the steel.
Thanks in advance,
[This message was edited by BobG on 24 July 2001 at 11:07 AM.]

Go to my web site and there is a listing of the Jeff Newman Profex II programs. There are two tremolo programs in the list.

BobG: In the Tube-Fex programming, they use a pitch shifter raising a whole tone in this tremelo (Vibrato) program to "Enhance the Effect". I found that it really gave it that old Duane Eddy bite. You don't have a Phase Shiter in your PRO II bank, but on my Tube-Fex, I also add one to again enhance the effect and it has some good results as well.

Bob G--
I programmed a fabulous tremolo effect on my profex II but I'd have to look at the unit to remember how I did it. I think it uses the PAN effect and it is adjustable for speed and depth. I use a mono output--I'm not sure if it works with a stereo output.

Thanks for the feedback everyone ... It's
well appreciated.
Has anyone ever noticed the effect i'm trying to emulate on the "Long Sermon" intro?
