I recently purchased a Peavey DPC1000 power amp that I use with a ProfexII (with Newman card) into a pair of Marrs cabinets with 15" BW's. This setup produces a very low end sound that I brighten using my Super Sustain tone control cranked all the way on! What gives? Anyone know? This is not what I expected. Is there a global change I need to make to the Profex settings? Is it a characteristic of the DPC amps? I find this condition on all the Profex presets. This did not occur when I used other ampplification? profex combos. My Webb or Nashville 400 with the Profex. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks
