Need help wiring pickups

I wasn't sure if this belongs here or in the "pedal steel" section. I'm replacing the old pickups on my MSA with Lawrence 710s, and I also want to eliminate the little pots which are currently in the circuit, as well as replace the 3-way switch with a two-way...can anyone share with me the proper way to wire this? Thanks.
