If you take 666 and turn it upside down
you have 999. Now its not so bad.

The first 2 instruments I learned to play were tuba and banjo. This seems to be a nightmare combination of both of them! Hope I can sleep tonight...

I have a friend who is Elderly's webmaster, and his family makes an instrument called the Heftone, like the Job Bass. It's a bodhran with a bass neck and bridge on it.

I always thought an upright or fretted bass with a metal resonater (dobro) body would be interesting.

I saw one once, but the tension on the strings caused the resonator to collapse.
