Been a Clint fan for years, but he lost me tonight.stayed up to see him on Leno tonight.Just saw a keyboard, and a bunch of guitars.no steel. And he calls this real country? Or was there a steel on stage and I missed it.

I've got to hand it to Clint this time as per Jeff, Clint wrote and recorded the music that he wanted to with his own band this time. You have got to acknowledge this and give him credit for this. I personally liked the song performed on Leno last night with his own bandmembers(the guys who recorded the new release). I don't know where Jeff was at, but I'm sure that there was a valid reason for him not appearing. Clint seems to be the type to do his own thing, and I believe that is what he did with his new release. Just a point of view.

I had the same thought but I doubt he'd tour with out one. The acoustic player in the back was Brandon Apple a hot fiddler from Batesville, AR
