Wow, what a bummer I first saw Mike in Boston at Paul's Mall, sitting next to the stage so close I finaly started handing Mike his drink between songs, because he kept picking up mine by mistake.
He ended up buying me 2 rounds, A very nice gentleman and SUPER player.

I later saw him several times in NYC over the years, better and better each time. Never had the opportunit to play with him, but I KNOW I would have played above my level if I had had that chance.

I am saddened to hear of his illness, and hope a good match comes his way ASAP.
