Online Guitar/Amp comparison ROCKS!!!!!

Incredibly cool website that allows you to compare Strats and Les Pauls through a variety of different amps. After the first one loads it works very quickly. Quite informative, and fun! What a cool idea.

But...all the clips played are different?! Different styles and songs, how can you make a comparison? And, you have no way of knowing how each amp was set! Sure, it's interesting to hear different guitars and amp sounds, but they're mostly just differing in the amounts and types of distortion.

Yeah, it might be interesting, but I hardly think it's valid as a true comparison of the capabilities of each amp.

I agree on the style of the comparison licks, but I really can hear differences in many of the amps, graininess,the level of breakup... you can really hear the digital in the line 6 for instance. And I suppose the guy is showing off his chops a bit with the different licks.
Even if it was the same deal, I'd love to see a similar site with a choice of vintage PP, Sho Buds, Zums, Carters... through various amp rigs.
