Norma,
I work a lot with the old gospel songs but I have never heard this one. But, then again, it might be a song that never made it as far north as Minnesota. I went to the gospel show in Indianapolis for the first time a couple of years ago and they did "Sweet Beulah Land" and I'd never heard that before.

The Hemphill's had a song out, called "Don't start your party yet" and one called "Party's over". There was also another Gospel song called "Going away party", that was done by Jeff and Sheri Easter I think.

Norma, Bruce Haynes wrote Going Away Party the The Easters had out. Bruce works with us at the Ozark Mt. Hoedown along with Gene Reasoner, who was also a member of White River Band. I think Bruce was on the show the last time you came to see us. If thats the song your talkin' about Bruce has it on one of his albums. By the way, we havn't seen you at the show this year. If you get time, come see us. ESnow

Morma, I heard a song by the same title recorded by Don Miley. He has a singing ministry and resides in Bogalusa, Louisiana.

I'll check my cd's to see if its on one of them.

Thank you so much Graham for the download. That is the song!
I've seen Jeff and Sherry Easter several times but never heard them do that song.
They're suppose to be in Tulsa Oct. 22ond with the Gaithers. I've already got my ticket.
