I've Enjoyed all of This That I Can Stand

I clearly remember 'Ive Enjoyed all of This That I Can Stand' as a song title from (I think) back in the 60's. I may have been done by Porter Wagonner or the Wilburn Brothers. I've tried Kazaa and can't find it. A woman who is local here in Blue Ridge brought a tape for me to transfer to CD and that song's music was included titled simply "I've Enjoyed" and I remarked about the 'old country song' I remembered. Before I heard a note of it I could sing the chorus lines perfectly. She said it was written by her husband and, to her knowledge, no one but her had ever performed it. Am I becoming psychic in my old age or was there actually a song with that title??

Wellllll, it was written by Bill Anderson. The song ("I've Enjoyed As Much Of This As I Can Stand") was done by Porter (about 1960, I think), and Bill, a few years later. Could be she was mistaken, or misunderstood her husband, or maybe...?

I have it on an album by Jim Reeves,("Good "N" Country" 1963)featuring Pete Drake "kickin' it off" w/ his talk-box.

BTW,you know, you can't copyright a song title. I could write a song called,"Jingle Bells",& no one could sue me,.as long as it was a totally different song.

Jingle bells, jingle bells,
I'd just like to say
I'm freezing all my toes off
in this stupid open sleigh.
Ohhh, jingle bells, jingle bells,
can't take this, no way!
It's warmer in an S.U.V.,
think I'll buy one today.

Guess I really should get that copyrighted and published, shouldn't I? (ROTFLMAO)

And how she sings the tag at the end of the song will give you chills !!!!!1
