Noel Fox, a former member of the Oak Ridge Boys and former manager of bluegrass star Rhonda Vincent, died Thursday (April 10) at Nashvilles Vanderbilt Medical Center after suffering a stroke. Fox, 63, sang bass for the Oaks prior to the groups emergence as country stars in 1977. He also headed the groups music publishing companies and was later in charge of Alabamas publishing arm, Maypop Music. He was admitted to the hospital Tuesday (April Cool
