Caught Ed and his band on Great American Roadhouse shown on the GAC channel. His lady fiddler and harmony singer are very talented and beautiful too. Anyone have any information on them to share?

I know Ed quite well and have played with him through the years......Hell I got him his first gig...ha.
Ed Burleson is a great Honky Tonk singer and writer and comes from a Bull riding background. Ed's Dad Richard Burleson plays Drums with Ed.
Joe plays Steel and Guitar with Ed(except when I sit in; than Joe plays guitar or Bass)
At the time you saw the Video or whatever....then you saw Heather on Fiddle and Andie Kay singing and Thirsten on second fiddle.
Well Heather and Andie Kay are no longer with Ed....but Thirsten still holds down the Fiddle position.
Tommy Detamore played on Ed's lastest CD out.....and the whole Clay Blaker band played on it....and it's dang good.
Hope that answered some of your questions....and to learn more go to www.edburleson.com

Ricky's correct. It's Thurston Selby on fiddle. Played with him a bunch over the years, as well as Ed and the others. A nicer guy you won't meet. If it's the same GAC show I saw a few weeks ago while on the road, I think the steeler on that show was Ray Austin, who fills in at times as well. I believe he was working a couple of the other acts that day also.

Ed recently did a rodio gig. He was bored, so he entered the bare-back bronk competition. Won it, then played the gig!
Now thats country!

It was Ray Austin on the GAC show that I saw. Good picker with a good sounding MCI.

I have played with Ed several times in the past. Saw him last year, Ray Austin was at the steel and sounded great. Always a fun time and all country. Try Ed's new CD, My Perfect World. Great songs and lots of steel by Tommy Detamore and Lloyd Maines.
