Not sure where to post this. Some of you have surely had old records that you sold. Where did you do that? For example I have an original RCA 45 of Elvis' first RCA record
- That's All Right. I would like to know the value of this. Thanks. Bill

Bill,
Go to your local bookstore,(Barnes & Noble, Books A Million, whatever) & go to the "reference" section. You should be able to find several "record price guide" books there. Or,you might wanna check out your local library, under the same heading.

There's on on e-bay right now. Price is $1, and no one has bid yet. Because of the great number of records that Elvis sold, very few are worth big money.

Now, if you have some of his early stuff on the "Sun" label, it might be worth big money...if it's in mint condition. Condition, in records, can affect the price by a factor of 10, or even 100. Old juke box "take-offs" are worth very little due to their wear.

Hey Bill,
I think Elvis' record of "That's All Right" was on SUN records wasn't it? I have a version on a CD called "The Sun Sessions". I didn't know he'd recorded a version on RCA......JH

My wife traded over 1200 of my country albums for new kitchen cabinets. I don't know who got the best deal. I had to hide about 200 of them. BTW she also tryed to throw in my old Gibso lap steel. !!!!!!
