If you have a female lead singer, you could call it "Cow Patty and the Bullchips". (My singer already rejected this name, so it is available!)

Tell us more about the band. How many pieces? Breakdown the styles you cover.

Congratulations...on playing 90% Country! Then, why not simply call the group "90-Proof", or maybe "The 90-Proof Cowboys"!
I don't think there'd be any question about what kinda material you play!
'Course, you might get some flak from the "Perrier crowd", but who cares?

If you're 90% country, then you're 180 proof, not 90. If you wanted to go that route, call yourselves
"Cindy Sue (if that's her middle name) and the Everclear Cowboys."
or maybe something with "Caddilac" in it...
"Caddilac Cindy and the Childress Cowboys"
"(Gary Darr's) Hwy 83 Express"
"Tip us good, or we're going to ship Cindy off to Oklahoma City."
"We sing Country Music from Amarillo to Ab-o-leen."
"Hey, at least we're not from Lubbock!"
You could sing all kinds of songs, like "Ding Dong Daddy from Dumas" and "Home with the Armadillo" as your theme songs.
I'll probably think of some more later.

Tommy! yes I had a logo, featuring a cowboy hat, also a local newspaper ran an article about us, & apparently someone reported it to the Stetson co. "go figure" & they sent me a threatening letter, wanting to know how much money we had made, using the name, while we were playing weekends, our attorney told them where they could put it, I also had a personalized license plate! PS I wonder what they thought about the Stetson perfume co.?
