Norm told me the other night that the strangers have started recording a new Strangers CD. He said it will proubly take awhile because when they are in Merle's studio recording his music they only have time to cut 2 songs at a time for the strangers album. But I'm sure this will be well worth waiting for. I for one cain't hardly wait for the release. ESnow

ESnow, I was just wondering, who all will be playing on the new Strangers album? From what I understand, Merle has changed the band around a little bit. Thanks, Pete

I can ask Norm for sure but I think it is Norm-steel,dobro, Redd Volkart-guitar, Johnny Barbar-drums, Eddie Curtis-Bass, Don Markam- sax and trumpet, Abe Manuel-fiddle. I don't know if Doug Colsio will be on piano or not but he's been playing piano on the live shows. Norm didn't say if they would have any special guest on it. we'll know more when they get alittle more of it done.

The Strangers first feature album since 1973, that's way cool!
