As long as Connie Smith Is on, I'll be watching! She is the best country singer that I've ever heard!! Tied with George Jones of course! I hope Marty knows how lucky he is!!

Ok I messed up a name Joni Harns.
As for Steel and camera angles(closeups) thank you Theresa. The angle on Johnny Cox was so close you could almost guess what fret
he was on.

I thought Toni Harns was excellent. She does'nt have the voice that Connie Smith has, but you can sure tell she enjoys what shes doing! I thought Johnny Cox could have had more volume. IMHO of course.

Just happen to catch the re broadcast and thought it was one of the better shows of the year for Country. Too bad they only let Connie do one song but I always liked Dan Seals so Pete Fisher put on a gooder fer a change.

I saw the show live from the first row and i sure liked what i saw.
who were the other steelers on stage? we just arrived in nashville (my daughter & me) and are looking forward to everything that happens this week.

The live show featured the great sounds of one of the best,Tommy White of the Staff Band, and Connie Smith featured the equally great Johnny Cox. There was a sound laspe over the TV when johnny took his solo but I run the sound through my bose setup and quickly turned it up myself.
