Question about Asleep At The Wheel

I just picked up their CD today titled "The Best Of Asleep At The Wheel", and have some questions about two of the songs on it.

The two songs are "The Letter That Johnny Walker Read", and "The Trouble With Lovin' Today".

Who is doing the steel work (is it Cindy Cashdollar?), and who is the female vocalist on both these songs?

The Letter That Johnny Walker Read was from the Wheels second album Texas Gold.
Vocals on both tracks are Chris O Connell.
The Steel player should be Lucky Oceans
