The movie itself got mixed reviews... however we enjoyed the film.

The original score writen by Marty Stuart, Kristin Wilkinson and Larry Paxton is superb.
Nominated for a Golden Globe Award for best original score.

I think I'd heard that Bill Stafford played the steel parts for that film...
