Franklin F/S

Post by Tommy Cass »

This is the Franklin that I had on the Forum a few months ago, listed as "Franklin Eye Candy". On a scale of 1 to 10 I would say it's a 12. It has the original Bill Lawrence pick ups in it and has a great tone and smooth action. $4,500 shipping included to the lower 48.

Mine (S/n 065) didn't look that good new.

This one must be a later guitar than mine (but not too much later) as it has the front to back brace. He started adding the brace after mine was built.

Where did I put that debit card?? And I'm a keyless fanatic, too! But that is really nice! I've never played one......seems I've played most of the rest, but not a Franklin! Heard nothing but good things about them!
[This message was edited by Doug Seymour on 15 August 2006 at 06:42 PM.]

I called the Franklin Guitar Company today and they told me this guitar, which has the serial #113, was made in 1986. Included is a Franklin road case.
[This message was edited by Tommy Cass on 16 August 2006 at 07:37 PM.]
