There's a few different ways to play this. I use the split tuning on string 5 where the A pedal one tone raise is lowered one half tone by the knee lever that lowers the 5th string 1/2 tone. The same thing can be accomplished by using a half pedal push on the A pedal instead of the split.

This pedal/lever/split combo for a Diminished chord also translates directly to S12U in either E9 or B6th modes.

Also to C6th, assuming you have half step raises on strings 3(C) and 4(A) for C6th.
