I've been unable to locate a chord progression for this tune...I looked in a dozen fake books and seached Cowpie...
If anyone knows the progression I'd sure appreciate it.

Try this.

I always used an Eb7 or Eb9 chord instead of the Bbm6 but both work fine.

Cool tune. I used to play Chet's version on 6-string.

Talk about it! Two days ago, I was enjoying (for the fourth or so time) "The Concert for George" (Harrison) DVD, of which this song (led off with ukelele, no less) is the finale and over-credits tune.

I knew the progression for the chorus, but till now would have to have listened again to pick up the intro
Great song for steel, so thanks, Larry, and good wish!

PS: Anyone not having yet seen "TCFG" is missing out!

Thanks Larry! Chet's version is the one that inspired me...I'm not that good though but it's still fun. Great site too! But I like Banjo, for about 20 minutes.
