This old thread is not in tab format but, "Tablature" is the section I searched when I wanted some ideas about getting truck horn sounds. (this was under "Steel Players")

Actually; I get the best Truck horn sound, by a technique Redd Volkaert taught me.
You want unison low notes; but one note is a 1/4 step flat.
I use the open D note(9th string) on E9th tuning and if you fret the 10th string at the 3rd fret; you'll have unison...but what you do is you bar that 10th string; inbetween the 2nd and 3rd fret..>that way you have one note a 1/4 tone flat of the other. Pick the two strings with no volume pedal; then pump the volume pedal two times....and there ya have it.

Hey, that's a cool 18-wheeler horn! When I played string 5/pedal A with string 2 not lowered all the way down to C# on the lever, I got a horn sound resembling a 1966 Dodge Dart.
