leavitt tuning

I am a new member to the forum. Thus, my question has more than likely been asked and answered several times, so please bare with me. Other than Mike Ihde's web site, is there any additional places that contain info on the Leavitt tuning?

Does anyone use this on their resonator? It seemed like an obvious idea to me since it is a six string tuning.
