John...Rickey...Sombody..HELP

Post by randy »

We're playing "Lost in the Feeling" and things go along great until I get to that slide, (at the end of the outro), from C to E. To my ear it really sucks and ruins my big chance to show off on some beautiful Hughey licks, (You sure make the most of that C pedal John).

If someone could give me some guidance on this one, I'd be sooooooooo grateful. my grimace is beginning to affect the front man.

Thanks jim. I'm actually trying that but it just doesn't sound right to me when I listen to the song itself.

I'll keep tinkering...I'm probably the only one that doesn't like the sound.
