Does anybody have the tab on the tune Something Special to Me by George Strait?

Jeff Newman had a great arrangement of this song on one of his "Woodshed Workshop" courses some years back, I think they are still available.

The Jeff Newman arrangement Mike's talking about is for the E9. It even has the fiddle arrange tabbed for steel.

I'm surprised this thread is still around. I finally learned this on the C6. I know it's done on E9 but I prefer the back neck. Thanks to all who posted.

Strait's version was recorded on the C6th.

Thank you Paul. After my initial post here I came across some tab I believe from Jeff Newman showing it done on the E9 neck. I think it was the E9, can't remember now. The way Jeff had it layed out wasn't my cup of tea so I just came up with something on the bandstand. It's not like the record but works for me.
[This message was edited by Frank Parish on 22 April 2004 at 02:46 PM.]
