You are sick man, Nicke, to sit down and tab that. (and lest the cultural/language thing cause problems, I say that in deep respect!) I haven't spent any time with it but I will. That is hot. As with all of the great players, I can't listen to Paul's playing without gaining a little something and with your efforts there's more chance to gain. Thanks!

It's from Mark O'Connor's "The New Nashville Cats" from 1991. This is one cool track, with Mark and Brent Mason doing some killer solos in addition to Paul's ride!

I wrote this on a mac, and while looking just fine on that, it seemed to be totally messed up on my PC. I removed the chords above the tab and that seemed to help.

Does the D= lower 2 1/2 mean that the D goes to a C note with the knee lever?Or is it D lowers to C# like I'm hoping.If it's not could somebody please post a reasonable alternative tab that will suffice?

Jay---read that as "D lever lowers the 2nd string one half step"------in other words from D# to D.
