September In The Rain

I'm looking for C6 tab of this great tune. I have worked on this myself, but in particular, I am not happy with the chord voicings in the bridge.

Anybody willing to share tab...or just describe where these voicings are? My C6 Knee Levers lower the 3rd and raise the 4th half tone...Floor Pedals are standard.

Bridge (Song played in Eb):
Bbm7 Eb9/ Bbm7 Eb9/ Ab6 / Ab6 /
Cm7 F9/ Cm7 F9/ Fm7 / Bb9 Bb13/
