The second chord in this easy turnaround is a chord I play on guitar alot and it's on your C neck too. It is a non-root substitution for the 6minor (as I see it) in a basic 1-6m-2m-5 turnaround. Played here in the key of A.

The first chord is AMaj7
The second chord (use pedal 
is a non root F#m7add9 with a b5 in the base or you could call it a Cm6#5. Either way it is subing for F#m.
The third chord is a Bm7.
And the last chord (use pedal 6 and your knee lever) is an E7 with a b5 in the base or you could call it a Bb7b5.
