I've been trying to get the ascending chord progression down that the steel does, between the 1st. verse leading into the chorus. It's just beautiful and probably very simple, but I can't seem to get it. Ricky, would you be able to tab that out? Thanks in advance.

Well funny thing is I don't have a copy of that CD. I'll have to hear it as I've changed alot of parts as we play the songs today. Haven't played that one in a while.
I'll try and borrow it and give it a listen(again) Image

I hope this is the one your talking about that leads up to the C chord from G in the second half of bridge(chorus)> because the first walk up from the end of the verse to the first chorus is too easy pal.
But here is the walk up Lloyd Maines played and it's real easy too pal.

Ricky,

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but (if you're lazy like me) the whole thing can be done without having to switch back to the 'a' pedal, as you're not hitting your 4th string in the last part of the progression. This, of course, assumes that you're raising both strings 4 & 5 with the 'c' pedal..
