cords

Post by rick w »

Does anyone have any cord charts for the C6th? I started working at the 12th fret last night. Any suggestions how to learn some of this neck. This is my first encounter with the C6th. Thanks to everone!---Rick

Rick,

Herb Steiner has a new C6th 'booklet' out which might help you (I haven't seen it yet - but it's getting rave reviews). Here's the link to the post on this from awhile back:

Also, many years back Neil Flanz had a very good book out - It was called
"Pedal Steel Chord Dictionary - For The C6th Nashville Set Up - how to get 2,892 chords". Don't know if he still offers it but he is on the Forum so you can e-mail him at:

flanz1@bellsouth.net

Hope this helps,

-Chas

Big E has a good one. I got my copy from Scottys. Even has a cassette so you can hear what they are supposed to sound like.
