A World of Blue

Jeff Lampert and I have been discussing this song on the "Bar Chatter" section of the forum and he suggested we put an inquiry in the tab section, which I think is a good idea. Has anyone tabbed Gary Morse's ride to this song (A World of Blue) in either E9th or C6th? Thanks....Allen

Key of F. C6 tuning. What a nifty, upbeat ride.

Jeff, Thanks for the tab. Gary has confirmed that he played this song on the C6 neck (see the Bar Chatter section). I tried your C6 tabbed version and it sounds great. What I was playing on the E9 neck sounds ok, but it is a little thin sounding in places. I had a go at tabbing what I was playing on the E9 neck. This is my first stab at tabbing anything, so have mercy on me.

I must have done something wrong because there is not a space between the staves. Oh well, I think you can see what I was doing.

Allen,
In order to separate your lines of tab, put {tab} before EACH first line tab, and {/tab} at the end of EACH 10th line. And of course, use square brackets. I used parantheses so you could see it.

Hey Allen; click the edit pencil by your name and the highlight all the tab there in the messege box then right click on it and copy it; then open yourself up a notepad; then right click on the notepad and then click paste. Then you can see what I did to separate the sections. You can either separate them like that or just make more room between the sections when you are writing the tab>(I usually use 3 spaces).
Good job on posting the tab though.
