BC pedals Together Again

This idea can come in very handy if you pop a G# on stage.

I've been practicing harmonized scales with the BC combination and bumping into some nice stuff.

Bob, this is great stuff. I`ve been doing this for a while and it sure add a new sound to old licks done on strings 3 and 5.

Tom Brumley has 4th string whole tone raise on a knee lever which make it a lot easier to use these combinations as you don`t have to get off the A and B pedals. He uses this lever a lot.

I come to use this pedal quite a bit myself after Tom showed me the nice licks he uses this pedal on.

To use B and C pedals is fine - but I find that in many position it`s difficult to get it smooth enough and one choose to do something different. I still uses the B and C pedals a lot.

Another advantage it gives you is that if the key of the song is too low (B, for example), and you can't use the A,B pedals, you can still play it and get the proper low register for the solo. This is because with the B,C pedals, you're playing it 2 frets higher than you would with the A,B pedals. (3 frets if you don't a the 5 string 1/2 tone lower pull)

I use this to remember when and where to use BC-pedals.
BC-pedals down on 6,4 = pedals up on 5,3 (2frets down)
BC-pedals down on 5,3 = pedals up on 6,4(5frets up)
