Help!! on a standard lick

In the song Take Me from Lari White there is a standard lick which I can't seem to get my fingers around. It sounds like a standard lick you would use with a major chord. The lick goes from Bflat minor to Fminor. Can someone help me out.

This lick uses the famous Paul Franklin full tone raise on string 1. "RR" means full tone raise. Happy Holidays!
