Here is a simple ending or fill that will work on any pedals up position. Example here is in the key of G.
.Fret 3, play string 6 and then press pedal B
2. With pedal B down, play string 4 then string 5 then string 6.
3. After you play string 6, let pedal B up
4. Slide up 7 frets
5. Press pedals A+B
Actually you are just playing the same cord---pedals up to pedals down.
THis ending sounds the best if you just let the strings ring the whole time.
Any variations or other fills/endings would be appreciated.

Tried your fill on a song or two this weekend .I used the first part for the fill and added the slide up seven frets for the ending. Paul: thanks
