Hello,

Attached is a fretboard showing the location of the notes of the C Blues Scale. Blues Scale is a Pentatonic Minor scale with an added 4 sharp. It is used for rock and blues. For more details see Doug Beaumier's "Rock & Blues" course. It had never occurred to me to play without pedals until I checked out his course. He shows a "Rock Slide Positions in C" which is a subset of this one, but he also adds the D natural. Here is the Scale:

I like to lower my E strings to D# and lower my 2nd and 9th strings to C#. That puts every string on the 4th fret into the blues scale.
