Cooledit96 could be useful in figuring out a tune.

Well can you tell me more about it. Is it a software program and how does one get it and how much does it cost. Some of this stuff I'm tabbing can be easier for getting exact if it was slower. Thanks asdasd.(can you tell us your name).
